How long does an appointment take?

Initial session appointments range between 1 to 2.5 hours depending on the style and the amount of natural eyelashes you have.

Every client is different and will have different requirements for upkeeping their eyelash extensions. For touch up appointments, I offer 45 to 90 minute options. This gives you the flexibility to book based on your unique needs. Those who care for their lashes should be rewarded with lower upkeep costs. Touch up recommendations can be made based on your natural eyelashes, rate of shedding, and time between appointments.

How often will I require a touch up?

A touch up is recommended every 2-4 weeks. This will vary depending on your natural lash shedding, your desired fullness, and how well you care for your lashes.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Try to avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can make your eyes flutter, which may interfere with the application process.
Arrive with clean lashes that are free of any makeup, oils, or residue.
If you wear contact lenses, it's best to remove them before your appointment (personal preference).
Bring inspo pictures so I can better understand your vision and help bring it to life.
Finally, relax and enjoy the experience. Some clients like to sleep or bring their airpods. If you want me to play specific music or your favourite podcast, just ask!

Will extensions ruin my natural eyelashes?

If applied and cared for properly, eyelash extensions should not be damaging. It is important that you find an artist who cares for your natural eyelash health. Extensions should always be suitable for each client’s unique eyelashes. It is also your responsibilty to ensure that you care for your extensions properly. Any unneccesary tugging and rubbing can cause extensions to be ripped out – taking your natural eyelashes with them.

How do I clean my eyelash extensions?

I recommend using a specially-formulated eyelash extension cleanser. Pick one up at your next appointment.
